The WAIO messaging gateway is operated by Dinowio LLC.
WAIO relays business messaging conversations between messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram) and the business systems of the companies that use the gateway. The data processed consists of message content and sender identifiers (such as platform user IDs, phone numbers, and display names) required to deliver each message to its destination.
Data passing through the gateway is used solely to deliver messages between the messaging platform and the connected business system. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.
The gateway retains operational logs only, for service reliability and troubleshooting. Message content is not retained beyond what is required to deliver it.
