The WAIO messaging gateway is operated by Dinowio LLC. By using the gateway you agree to these Terms of Service.
WAIO is a business messaging gateway. It relays conversations between messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram) and the business systems of the companies that use the gateway. The service is provided to business clients to help them communicate with the people who contact them through those platforms.
The gateway may be used only for lawful business communication. You must not use it to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass or deceive recipients, to transmit malicious or unlawful content, or in any way that violates the terms or policies of the underlying messaging platforms or the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or terminate access that is used in breach of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinowio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Georgia, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the courts of Georgia.
